Instruction for the oral / poster presenters

Authors who wish to make oral or poster presentations must submit abstracts online by clicking here. The deadline for abstract submission is 1 June 2004. The program committee composed of the conveners of each symposium will examine the abstracts and inform authors whether or not they are accepted for oral or poster presentations.

An abstract must be no more than 300 words, excluding title, author name(s), and affiliation(s).

We closed the abstract acceptance except for invited speakers. Thank you for your cooperation.

Instructions for full paper contributors

Invited speakers and those who present their paper orally are asked to write full papers. Full paper will be reviewed by conveners and edited by IRRI for publication as a proceeding of the WRRC2004 in early 2005 by CD-ROM.

Therefore, please submit your paper to the convener of your designated session by August 31 . You will have a chance to meet with IRRI editor(s) individually in November during the conference at Tsukuba for improvement of your submitted paper.

Tentative instructions for full paper: Please write within 1500 words except the title and author name(s) and affiliation(s), with not more than 2 Figs and Tables. References should be less than ten. Detailed instructions will be viewed as a PDF file later.
