About

Jean is the Regional Breeding Lead for Southeast Asia with a strong academic background in agriculture. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Plant Breeding and further pursued her passion through a master's in Agricultural Development - major in Agronomy, with a cognate in Agricultural Extension. Jean's dedication to her field led her to earn a PhD in Plant Breeding, with a Minor in Plant Genetic Resources Conservation and Management. Her expertise extends to sustainable agriculture and agricultural development, and she has profound knowledge in plant breeding, crop science, crop management, nutrient management, pest identification, diagnosis and management, and field experimentation.

Current work focus
