All reports are handled confidentially, and individuals are protected from retaliation under our established procedures.

- Anonymously via Lighthouse
IRRI’s whistleblowing hotline, through Lighthouse Services, Inc., provides an avenue for anonymous reporting, both by staff and our external stakeholders. Reporters can choose to remain anonymous or identify themselves. This channel provides an avenue for the investigation team to communicate with the whistleblower without the whistleblower revealing their identity.

Please include the following details in your communication:- The nature of the unethical conduct or harm that you have reason to believe occurred.
- The location(s) and date(s) when it took place, or when you observed the issue.

- The names and job titles of those who were involved.
