Anti- Money Laundering and Combating Financing of Terrorism Policy
IRRI has a zero‑tolerance stance on money laundering and the financing of terrorism (ML/TF). Through robust internal controls, the Institute works to prevent, detect, and report suspicious activities in compliance with national and international regulations and economic sanctions.

Conflict of Interest Policy
The Conflict of Interest Policy sets out IRRI’s commitment to integrity by requiring staff and associated parties to identify, disclose, and properly manage any actual, potential, or perceived conflicts. It defines common conflict scenarios, establishes clear disclosure and mitigation requirements, and outlines roles, responsibilities, and consequences for non-compliance to maintain transparency, impartiality, and trust across all IRRI operations.
Prevention and Response to Harassment, Bullying, and Discrimination – Policy
IRRI is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment free from harassment, bullying, and discrimination. This Policy defines prohibited conduct, clarifies the responsibilities of IRRI’s Board, Officers, and staff in preventing and addressing misconduct, and safeguards individuals who report concerns in good faith.
Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Persons Policy
IRRI recognizes its duty of care to protect children and vulnerable persons involved in its programs and activities. IRRI is committed to creating and maintaining safe and positive environments that prevent exploitation and abuse.

Our Whistleblowing Policy provides a trusted mechanism for raising concerns. It ensures that reports can be made safely and without fear of reprisal. Every report is treated with seriousness, fairness, and confidentiality.
